Cancellation Policy

You must notify the rental agency via E-mail, SMS or by any other written means if you desire to cancel a reservation. Only the person who made the reservation has the ability to cancel the reservation and confirmation by the agency is required to consider the demand has been accepted.

If the cancellation demand occurs 72 hours or more before the scheduled departure date, the agency will reimburse the customer for the amount of his reservation. In case of a cancellation demand between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled departure date, the agency will reimburse the customer the amount of his reservation with a deduction of 25% and the vehicle will be deemed available for rental. In case of a cancellation demand less than 24 hours or less to the scheduled date for the departure, no refund will be issued and the total amount of the rental is due to the agency. The vehicle will be deemed available for rental. The rental agency may, if necessary, deduct the amount due from the customer’s previous payments.

• For any rental shorter than the duration provided in the reservation.
• In case of “no show” or if the customer in not present during service times.
• In case the customer arrives later than the stipulated pick up times.
• In the event that the customer is unable to present the credit card used to make the online payment.
• In the event that the customer’s bank refuses or does not approve the security deposit via credit card.
